The platform does not participate in agreements between the two parties nor does it retain any records of their transactions.

2. Registration and Use of Services

• All users (owners and travelers) must be over 18 years old.
• Property owners/managers must register as users with the ability to list accommodations.
• Nestado.com reserves the right to verify the validity of the provided information and may request additional documents for owner verification.
• Registered users can contact property owners through the platform’s messaging system.
• Non-registered users can browse listings but do not have the ability to send messages via the platform.

3. Rules of Use Users of Nestado.com must:

• Provide accurate and truthful information.
• Honor the agreements made through the platform.
• Not list multiple properties under a single registration.
• Not use the platform to promote other websites or services.
• Ensure that their content (photos, descriptions) complies with legal regulations and does not violate intellectual property rights.
• Refrain from offensive, racist, sexist, or other inappropriate behavior.
• Keep their property availability and pricing information up to date.
• Not attempt to mislead other users regarding the availability, pricing, or conditions of their properties.
• Avoid excessive messaging or spamming other users with irrelevant inquiries.
• Ensure that their listings reflect the actual state of the property being rented.
• Not use automated scripts or bots to interact with the platform.
• Accept that repeated disputes or violations may result in account suspension or termination.

Nestado.com reserves the right to remove any user who violates the terms of use.

4. Communication with Users

Nestado.com may contact users via email or messages to provide updates about the site, notify them of important changes, or inform them about opportunities and offers that may be of interest.

5. Handling Disputes Between Users

Nestado.com does not intervene in disputes between property owners and travelers. However, complaints are recorded to assess user behavior. In cases of repeated disputes, the platform may take action, including user suspension or removal.

6. Refund & Fee Policy

• If a property owner or manager is removed from the platform, they will be refunded the amount corresponding to the remaining days of their subscription.
• If it is found that an owner has listed more properties than declared, Nestado.com reserves the right to impose additional charges and deduct the corresponding amount from any refund.

7. Limitation of Liability

Nestado.com is not responsible for:

• The accuracy of information provided by property owners.
• The quality of accommodations or services offered by owners.
• Any damages or breaches of agreements between users.

However, Nestado.com conducts credibility checks and considers complaints to ensure the reliability of listings.

8. Intellectual Property & Content Usage

• Users must have the legal rights to use the images they upload.
• Nestado.com reserves the right to use images and descriptions for promotional purposes but will not resell them.

9. Account & Data Deletion

• Users can request account deletion by emailing support@nestado.com.
• Nestado.com may retain some data for legal or security purposes for up to 3 months after deletion unless there is an ongoing complaint.

10. Updates to Terms and Conditions Users will be notified of changes to the Terms and Conditions via email.

11. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions are governed by Greek law. Any dispute arising from the use of Nestado.com shall be resolved in the competent courts of Greece.
